At / we check all goods before dispatch. Should there still be an error during an expedition, the item should be returned within 30 days. If you need to return, you can send us an email stating the order number as well as the reason and picture, and we will deal with the matter as soon as possible. Returned goods must be accompanied by information about your name, invoice number and what is wrong with the goods, written on a return slip. Goods that are returned with a complaint will be replaced by a new delivery within 7 working days of receipt. If the replacement item is not available, the amount paid will be credited within 7 working days. In addition, of course, the 2-year complaint period applies according to the Purchase Act. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour. When ordering, the order is dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. Excluded from this are goods where it is stated that it is a made-to-order item with a longer delivery time.
Normal delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 2-4 working days after the order has been dispatched.
All items are shipped with GLS or DAO. All items are delivered while stocks last.
When ordering both stock items and items that are specified as a made-to-order item, / reserves the right to either send the order in whole or in part when the ordered items are in stock.
If you participate in a given competition, you must remember to provide all the personal information specified at the competition so that we can send you any prizes. We are not responsible for any printing errors. We reserve the right to change the prizes in a competition or to cancel the competition entirely with immediate effect. Employees of us and members of their households may not participate in the competition.
The winners of the given competition must themselves report and pay prize tax to SKAT.

Purchasing conditions
You must be 18 years of age to shop at / - if you are under 18, you must have consent from your parents.
When you take out a subscription/pay with a credit agreement, you must enter your date of birth so that we can ensure that you are over 18 years of age. If you are under 18, the agreement must be entered into by a parent.
